Confirmation – a 50% booking fee is required 2 weeks prior to the booking date. If a booking is made at short notice (within 2 weeks of the booking date) an immediate deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation – the 50% Booking fee is not refundable but is transferable to another date with 48 hours notice from the booking date. Any no shows without notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee that will be charged on the day per person on all bookings.
